Remediation of goal areas
- Each student will complete activities that will promote growth in designated goals as stated in the I.E.P.
- A student may work with partners/small groups to promote growth in similar goal areas as stated in the I.E.P.

Organizational Skills
- Each student will participate in activities that will increase their ability to organize their school materials.
- Each student will learn strategies that will support him/her in the classroom.
- Each student will participate in class discussions and activities to learn strategies to organize and manage homework.

Study Skills
- Each student will learn different strategies that will improve his/her ability to study for different types of assessments.
- Each student will participate in class discussions and activities to learn different strategies from peers and teacher.

A successful student will:
- Come to class with his/her assignment notebooks.
- Come to class with his/her science binder & materials.
- Listen while others talk.
- Participate in discussions.
- Try different strategies.
- Use time effectively.
