The Community:
Highland Park is a community of over 30,000 citizens located some 25 miles north of Chicago on Lake Michigan. Within the community are found many thriving institutions and facilities including excellent parks and beaches, a full-service hospital, the Ravinia Music Festival, many houses of worship and a revitalized central business district. The majority of our students are from upper middle income families with about 7% in the low income category. About 6% of our students have limited proficiency in English.
