WE ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

THE ELM PLACE PTO HAS GENEROUSLY FUNDED OUR HUGE LIBRARY RENOVATION PROJECT. OUR LIBRARY WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A REMODEL.

The shelves and stands arrive in a heap

There is a lot of work to do

All of the books are covered in plastic wrap and placed on makeshift shelves

Darrin from CCI (Cabinet Creations Incorporated assembles the shelves

THE PTO HAS PURCHASED ALL NEW; CARPETING, TABLES, CHAIRS, A CIRCULATION DESK AND STOOLS,  AND BOOKSHELVES. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE COMPLETE BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2008.

THE STAFF, STUDENTS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR THIS INCREDIBLY GENEROUS GIFT THAT WILL IMPROVE OUR SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT FOR YEARS TO COME.

WE STILL NEED DONATIONS

TO COMPLETE OUR "STUDENT READING LOUNGE".THIS WILL BE A CORNER IN THE LIBRARY WITH SOME COMFORTABLE CHAIRS FOR STUDENTS TO SIT AND QUIETLY READ OR STUDY.
