Algebra, periods 4 & 5 & 8

Algebra Homework 2008
Periods 4,5 and 8

Mr. Bergman

Assignments are to be done in order in the homework section of your spiral notebook. In my experience, some students find it to be quite the challenge to keep assignments in one place, without the assistance of tape, glue, staples, etc. Assignments will typically be worth 10 points. One point will be taken off of each and every assignment that isnÕt in the notebook in the proper place. If you skip an assignment, you must do it before you are given credit for any subsequent assignments. ALL WORK MUST BE SHOWN for each and every problem of any assigment, quiz or test problem, etc. The rare exception is the a problem that simply doesnÕt require work.

Homework attempts are the key to success in algebra. I need to you to keep up and to be consistent. In any two week period, if you miss more then 1 assignment, I will ask you to stay after school on the next Tuesday afternoon. Once you have proven to me that you are caught up, you will be dismissed to either homework club or to a parent who comes and picks you up. This is non-negotiable and something to keep in mind if you are involved in other activities.

Also, get to www.classzone.com if you havenÕt been there already and check it out!!! All the additional practice you want is right here!!! You may need the code for some of the features such as the online text. The code is 2364200-310 . Please write this down somewhere safe :)
