Students at Elm Place School are engaged in a project to bring about change in the Darfur region of Sudan. We are hoping to cut out 400,000 decorated paper dolls. If you would like to make a small donation, we'd appreciate that also. These dolls represent the 400,000+ lives lost due to the genocide taking place in Sudan. The dolls and money will be sent to Senator Barack Obama in hopes of demonstrating to him our belief that something needs to be done to stop this atrocity. Oftentimes when we hear about such horrors in the world, we do not know what to do. Here is your chance to make a real difference. Please join us in helping by:
Our plan is to have 400,000 dolls by June of 2007. We know this is a lofty goal, but if we all join together we can achieve it. Please help us as we REACH FOR CHANGE in Sudan. If you would like more information about this project, please e-mail Mrs. Levi at clevi@nssd112.org, or call her at 847.432.9217 ext. 223. CLICK HERE TO VIEW ARTICLES PUBLISHED!!!! Upcoming
