WELCOME
Dear Early Childhood Center Families,
Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year. I am Nita Goodman, principal of the Early Childhood Center at Green Bay School.  I am very excited to continue serving our children and community at The Early Childhood Center.   The faculty and I are happy to be part of the North Shore School District family.  We look forward to a wonderful year dedicated to providing every child with the best educational opportunities.

This document is an important communication tool between school and home. Its purpose is to provide answers to general questions you have regarding programs, practices, and procedures at the Early Childhood Center.  I suggest that you read this information and keep it readily available throughout the school year.

We encourage you to bring your child to our Green Bay building on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, to meet his/her teacher and other members of our childhood staff.  Meet and Greet sessions will be held from 8:40 a.m.-9:40am for our morning students and from 10:40 to 11:40am for our afternoon students.  Copies of the school calendar and other information will be available at our Meet and Greet.  Please adhere to this schedule, as staff will be involved in planning meetings for the remainder of that day.
Your child's success in school is important to all of us. Communication between school and home is important to help ensure growth. We are proud of our school and the strong home-school partnership we have established. The staff is eager to work with you concerning your child's education.
We look forward to your vital involvement in our school activities and events.
