Welcome to the phys ed. department! The students have been working very hard this year. So far, in grades 3-5 we have completed a manipulative skills unit, fitness testing, and we are in the middle of a soccer unit in third grade and a basketball unit in grades 4-5. In grades k-1 (2nd grade is taught by Mrs. Teborak) we have also completed a manipulative skills unit and are sharing the responsibilities of learning soccer with the third grade.
The students are also learning new vocabulary thanks to the new "Word Wall". Students - remember you can always ask me for a new word. It's a great way to learn more about athletics and it could get you a star on the "Star Chart". Thanks for visiting and have a great learning day.
