Homework folder:
The Homework folder will come home everyday and will have student work and announcements. It should be brought back to school daily. Our goal is to teach the students responsibility. If you have notes to send to school, please send them in this folder.

Monthly At Home Reading Logs:
At the beginning of each month a Reading Log will be sent home (September log was handed out at Open House). On this sheet please write down the title of books that either you read to your child or that he/she reads to you. When the sheet is filled, sign it and return it to school.

Morning Snacks :
We do have snack time sometime between 10:00 and 10:30. This seems to allow us the opportunity to survive the long morning. I encourage healthy snacks and ones that the children can handle themselves. Please no yogurt, applesauce or fruit in cans or cups, or candy.
