In Language Arts we follow the StoryTown curriculum for reading, spelling, grammar and written language.
For Math we use the Harcourt School Publishing program. Some topics include: addition, subtraction, counting money, reading a clock, place value, geometry, regrouping, fractions and problem solving.
The Social Studies Alive program focuses on community and citizenship.
Our science curriculum begins with an in depth study of the weather. We explore matter and sound. We end the year with animals and their habitats.
