Units of Study:

This year we will be studying Habitats: Oceans, Forests, Deserts, and Rainforests.  We will also study Sound, Weather Science in the Kitchen, Continents, States, Land Forms, and Communities.

Birthdays
Provide a healthy snack.  The class will make a birthday book for your child.

Class homework policy:
Reading – Read every night for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Math-practice math facts every night.  Some nights your child may have a math page or two to complete.
Spelling-A word list will come home each Monday.  Test is on Friday.
