  • In my role as Associate Principal for Student Services, I experience wonderful opportunities to interact with students, staff, parents, and the Highland Park community.  Having a background as a speech-language pathologist for over 15 years, I've worked in public schools and private practice.  No matter the setting, I've always been committed to student voice and student growth.

I attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science.  From there, I attended Northwestern University and received my Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology.  After working in Glencoe School District 35, I earned a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership.

Edgewood Middle School represents a community of strong student learners, dedicated professional staff, and engaged parents.  Exciting and innovative educational projects are continuously in motion, promoting communication, collaboration, and creativity.  Students are challenged to implement critical thinking skills across their academic and functional day.  It continues to be my privilege to support and cultivate our Edgewood Pride.
