Registration and Enrollment

  • We are pleased and excited to welcome you to the North Shore School District 112 community.  If you are new to the district and have not yet enrolled your child, please do so as soon as possible in order to help us plan for the school year.  For information on How, Where, When and What to bring to register your child, please click on the following links:  Registration Information for New Families.

     

    Prior to coming in person to register, parents are strongly encouraged to download, print, and complete the forms below.  Be sure to select the appropriate forms for your child's level in school:  Preschool, kindergarten, or Grades 1-8.   A helpful resource for you is the parent checklist for enrollment and registration, the first document at the top of each section. 

     

    One of the most important things that parents will need to bring when enrolling their child for the first time is a certified copy or an original birth certificate for their child or children, and all required documents to prove residency.     All enrollment procedures takes place at the District Office located at 1936 Greenbay Road.
